What is the course about?
Consultancy is a skilled process that enables you to work with others to help them analyse and reflect upon their work. People working in church and community need consultants who understand their mission, know about the particular features of their work and can help them think theologically about it.
There is a growing interest in processes that help people work together more effectively including mentoring, coaching, mission accompaniment, evaluation and supervision. This course uses a non-directive approach to help you develop a model of working that best suits your context. The course focuses on you and your needs and offers an opportunity to develop your practice in context with support from experienced consultants.
